My name is Dawn Noce. I’m a teacher, a wife, and a mother of two beautiful boys. I’ve lived what many would call an interesting life. In that I have been given great gifts. From my mother the gift of creativity. From my father the gift of laughter and forgiveness. From my various assorted siblings humility. From my husband understanding and a sense of order. From my children unconditional love. Through my years of traveling I learned to be flexible and patient. My many years of creating have taught me a great deal of focus. My current profession as an in school suspension teacher in an urban school has given me inner strength and a sense of appreciation for what I have. I hope through my writing and through sharing to maybe pass some of these gifts on to others.
I’ve toyed around with the idea of starting a blog for years. I could just never commit to one topic. I’m the girl you came to in college if you didn’t know how to boil water to cook your pasta or if you had a sprained ankle and didn’t know what to do, or if you just needed advice on cheap airline tickets. That trend has kept going into my adult life. I get phone calls and emails and text messages all the time asking me how to do something. I used to tell everyone I was a plethora of useless information. So my blog idea stayed on the shelf until recently when I discovered the website Pinterest. As soon as I saw it I knew this website was made for me. It incorporates everything that I am passionate about. It also is the most amazingly visual way to store and organize all the amazing things that the Internet has to offer. So I bring you My Pinteresting Life. Welcome and I hope you enjoy it!
